Born from experience, built with purpose
ClientXYZ is the brainchild of Sridevi and Rama, who own and operate Beauology salon in Fremont, California since 2011.
In April 2016, an exiting team member stole their client contact data. That moment sparked a years-long search for a clean solution — one that would let a team communicate with clients freely, without exposing the underlying contact information.
Over the years, Sridevi and Rama met dozens of other salon and spa owners at business conferences and education events who shared the same pain. Modern salon POS systems have strong data security — but the moment you hide contact data, your team can no longer call, text, or email clients. It's a paradox that the industry has lived with for too long.
With ClientXYZ, they've solved that paradox. And starting March 2026, Beauology becomes the first salon to run on ClientXYZ.
